Exercise for diabetic patients can be challenging. We are limited in our daily activities with time and the proper resources on how to exercise. Sure it's great when a trainer shows us how to exercise, but what about the other days in the week? We cant afford to pay a trainer to help us everyday, that would cost a fortune!
In the video below I have put together a simple exercise routine for individuals who have diabetes where all they need are a couple light weights or water bottles.
